Diesel Refuelling

New Way offers all customers the option to make use of our diesel refuelling service. Our satisfied customers can be assured that our service is available to them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We have strong alliances with South Africa’s leading diesel wholesalers so supply is never a problem. Our certified HazChem drivers and bowser operators are just a call away and for extra convenience, our team has mobile card machines at your disposal. Should your generator have our Remote Monitoring option, we’ll inform you when it is time to refuel. No hassles whatsoever. Alternatively, just give us a call and we’ll fill you up.

Remote Monitoring

Real-Time Control

We can track and log your generator’s status and alerts from our headquarters. We will notify you via email or SMS of any issues, such as low fuel levels or battery depletion, before taking action. Think of it as an insurance policy for your power equipment – and one more concern crossed off your list. Every New Way generator is already Remote Monitoring enabled based on the fact that we make use of Deep Sea PLC equipment on our units as a standard.

DSEWebNet®_is a global web-based real-time control and monitoring solution for DSE control modules. It has been developed to support single and multi-set systems using a range of devices. The software includes mapping with static locations, real-time instrumentation & control, event log tables and automatic system alerts.
